The commitment
From The 408 to Silicon Valley's team.
Carter Williams has committed to San José State University, joining the Spartans of the Mountain West Conference in the heart of Silicon Valley. It is the first defining move of a career being built with intention — natural ability matched by preparation, and ambition steadied by discipline.
"We measure success not by where an athlete signs, but by the career — and the character — that follow."
As the flagship athlete of W7 Entertainment, Carter is developed the way we do everything — with a complete team around him: management and representation, elite performance training, a dedicated in-house speed coach, and confidential mental-health support. We build the career and protect the person behind it.
